Bad attitude

I'm currently at Killarney mall truworths store, there is only 3 people assisting but it going very slow, I asked the other if someone can assist, she said no. I asked if the manager is around, she looked at me and looked away, I asked again she kept quiet and walked away. Such attitude and bad service to customers will definitely turn away.

The manager came told me the other cashier is almost done and assisted to remove tags. I told her about the attitude from one of her employees, she said she is helping the other side. If so why she didn't tell me that? She need customer service training on a serious note. That is my 1st and last time at truworths
