bad attitude
I went to the shop around 14h00 for shopp[ng as i was busy looking around for clothes.I decided to go fit them as i was approaching the rooms they told me the shop is closed i cant fit any clothes anymore..Im already inside the premises ,I had to leave them ,the service is disgusting

The service you have described is not at all in line with our company standards and we immediately escalated this matter to the relevant Store Manager for investigation.
The Store Manager informed us that the staff member in question did not follow the correct procedure which is that whilst a customer is in our store, they should be allowed to fit a garment, irrespective of the store's closing time. The appropriate corrective action will be taken to ensure that our high service standards are upheld at all times.
We believe that you were informed of this following your telephone discussion with the Store Manager.
We hope that we were able to adequately attend to your concerns and wish to once again apologise for the service you received.
