Bad attitude
I've just been served by the most impolite person at Truworths a The Glen Branch. I was returning an item and upon my approach to the till, she didn't greet me, I had to greet her. She just took the garment and the slip, processed it, pushed the one I had to sign on the desk with saying \please sign here "or showing me where to sign. She then pushed back my proof of return"
