Bad and unstable service

Hi there

I’m extremely unhappy with the service and attitude and received from one of truworths staff. I received a gift of shoes and unfortunately I do not like the shoes and went to the store now to exchange. I don’t know since when do I need to request a receipt when I get a gift from anyone. Short story this guy was so rude to me and refused to exchange for me. I don’t think the consumer act agrees with such behavior or principles from the store and this has made me hate anything that has to do with the brand. All I wanted to do was to simply exchange not refund.
