Bad and unreasonable service
I bought a pair of heels in march. I wore the shoes only in april only to gind out that there was a pin-like sticking out of the 1 shoe that was hurting. I went to Maponya mall and the manager saw it and said it was a factory fault. But they refused to exchange nor refund because i had no slip. The shoes stil have the price tag on them but stil they refused to assist. I dont know what to do with the damaged New shoes.
