Bad and terrible service
My fiancee bought me a Samsung Galaxy J4 core on 29 January at the Cradlestone store. He kept it with him cos he is in Krugersdorp and I stay in Midrand. Then on 16 February, he got a chance to bring it to me. To our surprise, the phone wasn't working. It showed that it's on but the screen was black. He then took it back to the store and he was told they will have to book it for repairs and he asked why repairs cos we haven't even used the phone. He was told that is the process. It's almost a month and we still haven't heard from Truworths and I don't have a phone. Is this how you treat your customers?

17 Mar 2021, 18:00Today we received an SMS stating that the phone has been delivered. My fiancee said we should go and collect and I thought Truworths are not professional rather let's call first and to our surprise, we were told it hasn't arrived as yet. This is a joke shame
