Bad and poor service center

This Truworth campany is treating people like fugitive,, u skip 1 month payment,, and they will call you every day asking you to confirm your date of birth to make arrangements,, how crazy is that,, how can I do different arrangements to different people in one week,, what a waste of opening the account,, Thanks to your service which is bad and poor service, I guess one arrangement if will be cool not getting calls every day asking when am I gonna make a payment,, Its so annoying knowing that I already made arrangement,, now is calls after calls,, what the F with your service are you guys bored in the office?? I guess yiu have nothing to do, if so please take a mop and clean the floor and walls mxm. .
