Bad Account Managing
Bad Account Managing Good day my wife is on pension and we did made arrangements to pay this account ASAP when her pension pay payout, but the call centre call daily even weekends and holidays. Is the people in charge not managing the arrangements as agreed between them.? The best of all is that this account was never in arrear until now and all arrangements is in place.
