Bab Service Truworths and Chanel

I purchased a bottle of chanel no 5 from Truworths Elements. Within 4 days I have tried using this equipment de parfum. It has no smell it is a defective. I paid R3000 for this expensive world class perfume. Within the 4 days I have complained and taken it back to Truworths. I am told that Truworths or Channel won't replace this bottle. I am told it must first go to the lab for testing. Which I will wait 3 weeks for. I am not happy at all. They take my money and don't care how I am dissatisfied with there products.
