Baaad Service!!

Had a very bad experience when tried to return an item bought at Mimosa Mall, in Bloemfontein, Truworths. Not even an attempt was made by the Store Manager to assist me, I did not ask for a return, said I would be more than happy with the same item in a larger size or a voucher that would enable my daughter to spend even more in a Truworths store. Demanded a sick leave certificate from me, had to supply that afore she would consider assisting me. (Since I fell ill after I bought the item, 6 weeks afore) Blank stare and Blank reply awaited me, if this is the face and client service you want to represent your store, please reconsider.
