Awful customer service and denied return

Last week I took back a sandal due to the fact that it's giving me blisters and still haven't herd from the store about the query lodged for manufacturing fault and had to go into the store to remind the ****** Indian manager at Pinecrest mall to remember to get back to me as she had promised to do so this week and today it's Thursday. She couldn't be bothered at all. She couldn't care less. She selects who she treats well as a customer yet I am an account holder at truworths. I'm being discriminated against each time I visit the store. I don't feel important. This Indian lady degrades me all the time and embarrasses me in front of other customers and the staff
