Awful customer service

I am at my wits end with truworths call centre. Firstly they always call before or after the hours specified for contacting customers in terms of the legislation. Secondly i have asked on NUMEROUS occasions that they delete all other contact numbers and only call me on the specified number, this was confirmed yet they still continue to call the other numbers almost EVERYDAY. Thirdly, i was called again before business hours today and while i was talking the call centre agent PUT THE PHONE DOWN on me! The WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!
