Awesome staff, Awesome Service - Thank you!
I had some last minute Durban July shopping to do and was not even planning to go to Truworths. How glad was I that I did step in. I was helped by the most awesome guy - Innocent. I jokingly called him my Personal Shopper Assistant, coz that's exactly what he was. I was only needing a Navy Pant, but ended up with the most perfect, tailored fashionable outfit, all because of him. I am so so pleased with the assistance received. Thank you Innocent for being so professional, courteous, friendly and above all for being such a Star! Truworths please value and cherish this guy - and if there is any employee recognition programme i personally recommend him for this! I must also add that Phindi at the Cosmetic Sales counter who rung up my purchase was an angel as well. She was so pretty, pleasant, friendly and another true ambassador for your brand. Well done guys! I'm so glad to have shopped at Truworths today!
