Awesome service from Berenice at Truworths Workshop
I would like to compliment Berenice from Truworths Workshop. Thank you so much for renewing my confidence in Truworths. After, a bad experience, Berenice gave me a call and assisted me. She was professional, empathetic and apologised for a fault that was not hers. Really awesome customer service ambassador and I truly hope that Truworths recognizes you for your excellent service and work ethics. Well done and thank you again!!!!!
