Awesome Service
Hi<br> <br> I visited the Sandton branch today to buy myself some formal pants. Unfortunately they did not have my size.Luckily for me there was this really awesome lady there to help me.<br> <br> She checked the system and discovered that the Rosebank mall had some stock.She could have stopped there but she did not.She phoned the Rosebank branch to confirm but she was left waiting for over 10 minutes.<br> <br> She could have easily told me to go and check the store myself but she did not,<br> <br> She took down my details and said she will contact me as she did not want me to go over to the Rosebank store until she had confirmed.<br> <br> So I gave her my details thinking she will never call back.<br> <br> To my amazement as I was about to leave the Mall she contacted me to let me know that the Rozebank mall did have stock.<br> <br> What great service!!!!<br> <br> I don't know her name but she works in Men's formal wear.<br> <br> She is a black elderly women.<br> <br> Even if you don't give her a pay raise,please thank her for the awesome service given to me.<br> <br> Regards<br> Pragesan<br> <br>
