Awesome service

On the 29th of June 2018 I was in East London to attend a family wedding.to cut story short I forgot my brand new dress in Cape town so I visited truworths gilwell mall on the 30th of June I was helped by a lady named zimkita who helped me a lot this lady assisted me and made me buy shoes that I already had.. she was very talkative and genuinely sweet she said something to me that was very interesting.. She mentioned that at truworths you can order anything online even for cash customers. But she kept on telling me about benefits of having an account with Truworths and how quickly I could receive items online I was blown away not because of the account benefits only but by the service I received in the Eastern cape province such a small store I would never forget this lady I kept her name in my mind because I knew she deserves to know how sweet she is and how wonderful she was... she herself was wearing truworths she kept saying to me look you see these pants I bought the here and they are the best and I was impressed... she then said to me may you enjoy thy wedding I hope you felt appreciated and welcomed in my Store by the way I am the store manager here. I hugged her and said thank you very much now it makes sense why everyone is polite... not forgetting a gentleman by the name of kwezi who greeted me by the when I was passing wondering if I wanted to buy or not... he Said hello mrs you may come in don't be shy come in and I did ill never regret meeting such people thank you very much I looked beautiful...
