Awesome customer service
Yesterday afternoon I went to the Southgate branch, shortly before closing time. I wanted to try on all the sale shoes in a size 3. Karabo was the only consultant assisting many shoppers, and even though it was minutes before closing, he gladly went to the back to retrieve the shoes. He could have turned me away and requested that I return the following day, instead he went the extra mile and assisted me with a smile. He provided great advice and made my shopping experience very pleasant. Karabo adds value to the store. Truworths needs more consultants like him. I am a happy customer and will definitely return to that specific branch. BIG UPS to Karabo and a BIG THANK YOU for assisting me. Yours truly the shopper with tiny feet :)
