Atrocious Service

What is the point of buying online for store collection if one still has to stand in the queue to be assisted by cashiers??? My order arrived in 2 batches so I had to queue twice. And mind you, in these times you queue to get into the shop and then queue again at the cashiers. Online shopping is meant for convenience and I didn’t experience any of that with you guys. I might as well have gone straight to the store to make the purchase in just one trip. This was my first purchase at Truworths and definitely my last.
