Atrocious Service
All I want is my account number.<br> I called the +***0 number around 10am this morning to find out and the following has occurred:<br> 1. Called, put on hold for 2 minutes, call dropped<br> 2. Called, put on hold for another 2 or so minutes, I decided to try again<br> 3. Called, agent answers, I state my query, she tells me I can only obtain the info by going into a store, I asked her to please assist, she puts the phone down (!!!!)<br> 4. I call back, the call is picked up and put on hold without anyone speaking, on hold for 3 minutes and then call is once again dropped.<br> <br> This is what you call service?!?<br> Utterly disgusted
