You guys are *********** at the highest level, i ordered items online 29th January 2024, you failed to deliver at your promised SLA of 5 - 7 working days. My order came in this week (14 working days later), i receive a wrong order, i need this sorted ASAP, and i wont be liable collecting the order again you need to hold the staff member that packaged my orders accountable and i need a way forward as to how this is going to be rectified
