Arrogant manager of Truworths
I received a message from Truworths reminding me of the instalment I have to pay. When calling them on the number below the notice I spoke to a lady called Uviwe. She make a confirmation question not sure whether I said it right. She was asking my ID, my address, how old am I, when did I open the account which I was still a student I can’t remember or know, where did I pay when was the last purchase, who else purchases with the card?😳🙄 To give them the name ID and address is that not sufficient. I know there lots of *****s outside I sign differently on purchasing but now they sent me this account on my phone which the lady Uviwe said doesn’t tally with the one she has infront of her but I’m giving her the number they Truworths send this payment notices thru me but Uviwe said it’s not that’s what made me more angry. She said I failed the confirmation question and she can’t assist me and I asked for the manager There comes a guy called Zane. Whooa. The arrogance of him when telling him about what transpired he continued saying he’ll drop the phone if I don’t listen to him. He also told me about the question I failed and they’re protecting me. In this instance I’m not purchasing I wanted clarity of the payment they sent to me which doesn’t even need to tell me about *****. Zane said then” you can go to the shop and ask them and make the payment” without resolving the problem I have. My payment was R370 for 6 months which I haven’t finished. Their problem is when I bought perfume of R6000 Lou’s minus. They added that without finishing my 6 months on the R370 amount. How are they doing that? It was said by them long ago when they did the same thing to me. I even said to Zane I’m not gonna pay I’ll go to court. I was never a bad payer in any shops but the treatment Zane gave me will make me not to pay rather be arrested and stay those days in prison and them not getting anything from me. All the year’s paying good you can ask him for the records of mine. Hi Miss Heyana, a friendly reminder that your Truworths instalment of R370 is due on 5 Sep. Pay in-store. Pls ignore & thank u if u have already paid. ***
Hi Miss Heyana, a friendly reminder that your Truworths instalment of R1060 is due on 6 Dec. Pay in-store. Pls ignore & thank u if u have already paid. ***
Keep in mind I haven’t finish the six months of the first purchase but they added this month’s purchase on this month. Why not next month when completing the 6th month.
I nearly forgot the lady Uviwe when asked her where the offices are she said in town and I said where in town she said CBD and i asked no street? She said Plein street. You know these callcentre people are taking people for granted and not answering giving the correct way in a right manner. What I don’t understand from Truworths is the verification strategy. When purchasing verify when wanting information verify I failed the verification in order to want to know about my account When it comes to payment no verification. She even asked me who else is using my card which I’ve never done it before. No please these people must come up with good ways of eradicating *****. I want to know not purchase on a phone. This happened now 30 minutes ago.
