Arrogant and rude Call centre Representative providing bad service

Today I experienced bad customer service from a rude Truworths New account service representative called Somila. I couldn't understand his response to my questions. When I asked for clarity he argumentative and basically refused to answer my question. I requested to speak to a supervisor he immediately said his supervisor is on a call and would call me back. I asked for a reference number for my call, he declined to give me saying there is no reference number. I even battled to get his name. I wonder if Somila is really his name. I doubt that I will ever get that call. Somila sounded rude, arrogant and not helpful. I regret wasting my airtime calling Truworths. I guess it's gone too big to deal with its customers. I feel with them it's a case of take it or go to hell type of service. Well I don't have to take it. You can keep your arrogant employees and your over priced cheap quality clothes.
