Arrears Calls without proof

I keep on receiving calls that my account is in arrears. After requesting that statements are emailed to me and to give me an email adress where I can send smse I have received absolutely nothing happens except for 10 calls a day that requires me to verify myself which I refuse to do. Still no email received Still no statements received
