Arrear account

I opened an account with Truworths a few months ago. I made two purchases on 6 months interest free option. I ended returning the products, which means my accounts should be in a zero balance.

The past two weeks I’m getting sms’s and calls regarding my account being overdue.

When o ask the agents to explain where the debt I’m owing is com from they just hung up. Which to be is being very rude yet daily I’m being called regarding a debt I’m unaware of.

This now is reflecting my name as a bad payer and reflecting negatively on my name and I’m unable to get credit because of this.

Please assist.
