Area Manager of Truworths Matlosana Mall and also Head Office service is BAD

Well were to start and how to start the area Manager of Truworths Matlosana Mall aswell as Truworths Head Office and customer care the service we as new accounts holders experienced is the worst ever. We went to buy some clothing on the 11th of September and one of the Daniel Hector golf shirt of R699.00 we've bought had spots on it and we saw it on the Saterday on Sunday we tried to return it to the Truworths Matlosana mall store where we bought it and we were told that we damaged the shirt after explaining the Store Manager on duty told us that he will discuss it with the area Manager and he also said that us the customers damaged the shirt and then again another option was that it will be sent to head office and again us the customers was blaimed for the damaged shirt. I then phoned customer service/care and a supervisor had to phone me back and still 20:21 Friday evening we don't have any answers how ridiculous must one be to damage a shirt of R699. Where and how can we solve this problem because we must pay our account and also a damaged shirt who can help us in a matter like this Truworths quality of clothing so bad but the price so high it's mind blowing.
