Are Truworths asleep or are they *****ing people?

I have a problem concerning Truworths. I know I did skip a payment in December. Yesterday 3/2/25 I made an immediate payment on 09:52. I was supposed to pay 162.72. I paid R163.

Till now 4/2/25 10:46 last payment shows in November and I still need to pay R162.71 on account before I can shop. My account balance is R205.83. Seems to me something is not right on their side.
