Approved then declined?????

App**** for an account online got an email stating I got approved with the amount and R1000 vouchers, tried to sign the agreement and then got an SMS stating it is declined????? How give someone an account with a limit and vouchers just to after 5 minutes to send an SMS saying now it is declined??? terrible service, won`t buy here ever again
