Application for an Additional Card
My husband app**** for an additional card for at Truworths Tablebay Mall beginning of March and they told us that it will be ready in 2 to 3 days and i can collect it. So I went back after 2 weeks to collect my card. I show both mine and my husband ID copies. They told me they can't help me, my husband needs to come. Even when I asked why is it taking long and they told that they help me they need my husband. I am very disappointed 😞 and angry because I waisted my time and petrol because if their bad service and processes. It is stupid to request the card holder at the end of the process; for what?
