APPAULING TREATMENT

On the 21st of August 2015 I went to Truworths in menlyn where I saw a box of hills which clearly stated that it is R180.00. Seeing that the pair of hills were so cheap I decided to purchase them. As soon as I got to the paying points the lady by the name of Pertunia Phasha confirmed that the hills were actually R280.00 I advised that I will not pay that as on the box it states R180.00. A lady by the name of Tebogo Maphoto came as I was discussing with Pertunia and she advised that they will not give me the shoes for R180.00. I advised that I will not pay R280.00 as that then is false adverti*****t. Tebogo said that she will not give the shoes to me @180.00 its R280.00 its either I take it or leave it. I advised I will take them but not @ R280.00.She advised that she will get the manager for me. The lady by the name of Emily Maeka came and advised that she is the manager and she stated that it R280.00 and she will not agree that I take the shoes for R180.00. She didn't even resolve the issue & then she walked away, I asked her to write down he name & surname an she did. I am very shocked with how I was treated and even when I mentioned that I'm gona complain they didn't look bother
