Appalling service!

I have been a customer of Truworths for 50 years but now I am appalled at how your customer service has deteriorated.The level of competency at your Accounts division is absolutely pathetic and non existant. A simple payment allocation ,when provided with PROOF OF PAYMENT no less than FOUR times cannot even be done. It is now 3 months,and MANY phone calls and visits to your Truworths store at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg later and still NOTHING was achieved. The tellers on 4 occasions at Truworths Waterfall Mall have also sent copies of my proof of payment AND spoken to your accounts dept. Still I am bombarded and innundated with SMS's and phone calls because YOU are *********** Or do I still have to be patient for another 3 months. Jeanette Lamprecht
