APPALLING & PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE EVER

31/01/2020 I purchased 3 items on the, SLIM FLIP-FLOP SKU***7, OLD SKOOL V TODDLER SKU***4 , 300TC FLAT SHEET SKU***7 . A few days later i checked up on the status of the order and noticed the Todler Vans & Flat Sheet was rejected but when i went into the item it was still available online. 3rd February I messaged Truworths online on via facebook messenger asking why the items were rejected and when i go online its STILL REFLECTS AS AVAILABLE. 5th February I only received a response that my query has been escalated. 6th February another **** response about having to cancel my orders about this that and the other but no one can explain why the items are STILL AVAILABLE online even on that very day. I then rep**** to the message and said to cancel the ENTIRE order and to date no response received and no items received!!!!! Monday 10th February i receive a sms, my online order is being prepared. Tuesday 18 February my online order has been dispatched. WHAT KIND OF **** SERVICE IS THIS????? NEVER HAVE I EVER RECEIVED SUCH APPALLING SERVICE FROM ANY ONLINE STORE & I DO PLENTY OF SHOPPING AT TRUWORTHS AND TO RECEIVE SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN SPEND A CENT AT YOUR STORES ANYMORE.
