Appalling

Their call centre is appalling, they continue calling despite payment of at least 5 times the invoiced amount having already been made. I have informed them of this each time and they simply speak over me while I am explaining. I will be closing my account the moment the lockdown is over and believe me they will never see me again, nor will I ever be shy to tell others of my experience with them.
