Apalling customer service

Truworths customer service is appalling and totally unacceptable, they do not even deserve the one Star I gave. I Recently placed an order with them which was 2 PAIRS OF LADIES SHOES and what did they do? THEY DELIVERED SIZE 12-18 MONTHS LTD BABY SHORTS. I called their customer care same day I received my order and the lady said she will escalate the issue to the store that packed my order, two days later I get a call from a Lady, with no apology whatsoever, talking like I'm boring her or she has been woken up from a Nap or something.. she proceeded to tell me that I SHOULD TAKE THE ITEMS TO MY NEAREST STORE, when I told her I won't be able to do that they must organize the courier to pick it up she said she will still communicate with her authorities like I was bothering her or something, when i asked her to give me an estimate of when the parcel will be collected she didn't even know. I've been ordering from Truworths online for years. I've never had this problem. They make a mistake and then I have to keep on asking for communication as if I am the one at fault. We are talking of items that cost R800+ here and they delivered a R150 baby short. Their emails are not even going through. It's frustrating really.
