ANNOYING SERVICE ONLINE

2nd complaint as 1st complaint was never resolved or attended to. I called your online store to order a dress and was refered to a store, was told the dress is not available online, I once ordered something telephonically and had it delivred in store, so i dont know what the issue wa now. I went to the store to do a fashion delivery only to find out their is no stock. I check online it shows the dress is available @ the following stores: -Truworths Walmer -Truworths Garden Route Mall -Truworths Watercrest Mall In size 46 , so know i dont know how the hell am i suppose to get the dress as the dress is not in any of the JHB stores.
