Annoying service

I am so dissapoint on your employees at festival mall. I went to pay my account on Friday between 15H30 and 15H50 and there was no queue at all. Only 4 people queuing.

However we waited +-15min to be assisted. The other lady went at the back to call one cashier in royal blue jersey. She told her why she's sleeping at the back, she said she can't see n the terminal isn't functioning. Then the lady checked only to find out it is functioning. She said she must start working, she told her her health matter comes first she can't see. She said she can adjust the light on the terminal she said she don't know what happened because yesterday it was fine. The other lady said " that terminal is fine". Thebone who claimed to be blind she told her to come and do it. All that drama infront of us. I felt so disrespected and useless. Your team need a thorough training because this whole their behavior infront of customers shows that they are not trained.
