Annoying reminders to pay

I am so tired of having to answer the same question everyday and annoying messages sent by truworths,I paid my account in September,sent through proof of payment and still I am getting reminders to pay *** I am tired of having to send through proof of payment daily!never ever pay via eft at truworths they are a disaster!
