Annoying phone calls
Honestly, Truworths 7 calls 5 emails and 4 texts all to inform me that I owe you money. I am not denying that I owe and amount of R220.00. However I have until the 6th Dec to make this payment, yet the continued calls and emails is NOT going to make me pay the R220.00 any faster. I have spoken to 3 out of the 7 people who have called me and rep**** to 3 of the 5 emails you have sent. Do your agents NOT talk to each other?? Do you not have computers where you make certain notes?? I'm sorry but this is harassment!!! I have also informed them that I will pay the balance at the end of the month. I would understand if I was defaulting for 3 months?? but I have paid my accounts religiously every month yet they find it necessary to call me 7 times since Monday!!! So unnecessary!!

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the collections communications sent to you and wish to advise that it is in no way sent to cause you any frustration or upset. It is sent to remind our customers of the status of their accounts and gives them the opportunity to make a payment arrangement should they not be able to meet their payment commitments.
Upon reviewing your account we established that your account is being handled by Blake and Associates (Blake) on our behalf. According to our records no suitable arrangements were noted on your account, hence further calls were generated in order for a payment arrangement to be made.
Following your telephonic conversation with a consultant from Blake on 20 November we can confirm that an arrangement has been noted for your account. Further to this, your concerns pertaining to prior arrangements not being noted, has been brought to the attention of their management team.
We thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and trust that we were able to adequately attend to this matter for you.
