December 2020 we bought shoes code****4663 black court with bow, March 10 we took back the shoes due to factory faulty since then no response was made store code 849,employee who received query number is ***, it's July no response as yet, we have called but not respond which customer service assistance do you provide to us as loyal customers, it's annoying to get such on a local business where we stay sort out this mess
