ANNOYING/BAD ATTITUDE/COMPLAIN

Truworths is absolutely RIDICULOUS with this after hour calling procedure!!! After many conversations and notifications to the call centre/service centre of my account that WAS PAID wither it was late
it still was paid. If the consultants / accounts department aren't able to allocate a payment from FNB to Truworths FNB account .
I'LL ANSWER THAT FOR YOU TRUWORTHS - IT IS TO ANNOY AND FRUSTRATE A PERSON BECAUSE YOU AREN'T DOING YOUR WORK TO ALLOCATE EFT PAYMENTS
Whatever the call centre's office hours is, does not mean I am obligated to answer any call if it is not office hours for me, then they will be so persistent to phone you constantly, 8/10 times a day, 3/5 times at night, I mean COME ON, where do you draw the line??? And not lose your temper after they LAUGH at you!!!
The most ridiculous thing of all is when they do pick up the payment, \on their time"TAKE NOTE"

Hello Theresa du Preez,

Our records show that your account has been in arrears for two months. You were therefore contacted as a reminder of the importance of bringing your account up to date with payment and that your credit worthiness is an asset.

We note your frustration regarding these communications, however, at Truworths we are fully compliant with the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998 which states that we may make telephone calls for the purpose of outstanding payment of a debt up until 21h00 in the evening, from Monday to Saturday.

Additionally, when an account payment is made using an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), it will take between two to five working days to reflect on the customer's account. According to our records, you made the payment mentioned on 27 February 2015 and the funds reflected in your account on 01 March 2015.

We are pleased to confirm that your account has subsequently been paid up to date. If you have any other queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us on *** or e-mail ***.

Regards,
Charmaine
