Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.

We acknowledge that you are unhappy regarding the arrears communication received. We value your long-standing relationship with us and we want to assure you that our intention with sending this communication is in no way meant to upset you or cause you aggravation of any kind.

On the SMS’s sent to customers we indicate what the total due is for the account to be brought up to date with payment. This is not intended to cause confusion as we provide a breakdown of the arrears and installments due in the statements we send to our customers.

We realize that we have not met your expectations, but sincerely hope that you will continue to shop with confidence in our stores for many years to come. Your patronage and support is very important to us and we assure you our best attention at all times.

Yours in service,

Truworths Online Team

Best regards,
