Annoyed customer

I went to Truworths in Eloff today to exchange the clothes online. Because I didn't have the receipts whilst the tags on the clothing was still attached the manager who then asked for some form of proof, I asked him that I can email him my bank statement, with attitude he said they don't have an email address! They eventually ,reluctantly helped me.i waited the entire hour to be assisted, what an inconvenience. They are unprofessional and have bad customer service
