Annoyed customer

Account number: *** I need answers, I paid off my account and now I just received a text message saying that I owe R554,23. I have not made any purchases for a while and I have no idea what I am owing.

First of all I didn't go to the branch to request a limit increase as I was instructed on the text messages. I need this attended to and removed and my limit left as it was, not owing anything. Don't increase my limit to make money from me, I am not interested.
