Annoyed customer.

I'm so disappointed with the fact that you can not exchange items without a slip even with the original tags and all and to top it today I went to exchange a pair of jeans and I had my slip with me but I was told that since the jeans were bought with a gift voucher need to provide the gift card as well. That is so absurd I'm really annoyed seriously.
