Annoyed

I have been a loyal Truworths customer for years, on the 11th April I made payment to my Truworths account to cover my March and April instalment . Today the25th April i receive an SMS advising my next installment is due, i call the call centre and was advised that my next installment is due on the 9th May 2024 how can my next due date the 9th May is i ony get paid on the 20th
