ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT A PHONE THAT WENT OFF WITHIN A DAY AND THEY ARE FAILING TO GOVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND

VERY AANGRY DISSAPOINTED WITH TRUWORTHS SERVICE AND MANAGER

I bought a Samsung A05s phone o the 25th/02/25 & the phone just went off on the 26th at night. I took back to the store on the 27th for an exchange since there a 7 days gaurantee of the phone. Should the phone e give me problems within 7 days I must get a refund or exchange. I wanted an exchange but the store is failing to give me that . They took the phone back and said they booked it for an OBF as to why I can't get a refund or exchange I don't know. They've been giving me a run around up until today I don't have a phone. Truworths customer service is failing me . The manager who sold me the phone Mr Trygive Also is failing me as a customer. I'm so angry.
