Angry customer

I went to Kempton park branch on 8 of August to collect my parcel upon arrival after I waited in the queue they told me I can’t use a certified ID to collect my order mind you they were helping someone who doesn’t have an sms for collection but couldn’t help with sms and certified copy. I went today and got my parcel but the shoe size is incorrect.. I’m frustrated and as someone who doesn’t really get free time what am I supposed to do now?? I’m very angry at Truworths. They must come collect the parcel at my work place and bring it back as soon as possible.. now I have to cancel my plans over something I bought in July. Wow
