Angry annoying boss

I was in the truworths store in Pongola today...it is sad how i overheard the guy shouting at the lady with the office door wide open and some staff member's on the till could also hear everything.The young lady was in tears and eventually the door was closed. I may not know what she has done but no boss should speak to their employees the way that guy was speaking to that young lady.I am a regular at truworths but after today i don't think i would go back to that store anymore.I always receive good service but after today no I'm not shopping there anymore.
