Angry and disappointed

I am very disappointed with truworths online. I ordered items online everything was available, I made a payment immediately then after 10 days of waiting for my order I received a message that my items are no longer available and I have to wait for 7-10 days for my refund, so basically I had just waisted 20 days for nothing while my baby is freezing cold waiting for his clothes. I don't understand how your system works. I am really angry.
