I am completely disgusted by truworths and them making me a complete fool because I called them out for selling defended shoes at full price. I went to the store today to swop the damage shoe sent to me only to leave the store without the shoe because I over exceed my credit limit now as my installment is due for the month of August. I am not behind in payments. I buy every month even if it's something small. I have been given the running around with parcels being delivered at stores and them not sending the ready for collection messages. I wait without complain but this time I am going to social media and hello Peter and NCR councilor as I was first given the credit and I had been send a shoe and requested a non damaged pair only. I'm embarrassed by their no regards for the clients and customer with regards to transport fees to the store for no assistants. I'm not upset with the staff at the store but I'm up with Tfg stores and their back office rules. Instead of just manually signing the change of the shoe they credited it and tried to do the sale again. How the credit I did have is no more. Stop making Harding working honest customers into angry and embarrassed people. Remember your consumer don't need uu. Uu need us.
