An additional card application
My Father app**** for an additional card for me in December and its 4 months later and nothing has being communicated. I went to the store to ask and they said my father needs to come again and apply. I just think it is wrong for them to not even communicate anything. If the card is declined then its fine but the least they can do is communicate the outcome.
